Contentment

Ask yourself this question:
Am I ever content?

If you are like me, you realize that many times the answer to that question is no. As I review my life, I see that there were few stages where I was actually totally content where I was. I always looked forward, always told myself, "I'll be content when I get to this point."

The truth is, if you aren't content now...you never will be.

Our contentment is not based on circumstances or people.

Our contentment is based on this verse:

Then Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." (John 6:35 NIV)
